HOW CAN A PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order directly on our website using our paypal shopping cart or 
alternatively you can email admin@thebookbrothers.com.au or call your order
through to us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
Products are posted out the next business day or receiving your payment.  
Postage is via regular Australia Post so can take up to 5 business days to arrive.
Express Postage can be organised if you are in a hurry.

HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay via paypal, credit card, direct deposit or cash.  More details on the 
payment options can be found on our 'PAYMENT OPTIONS' page.

HOW CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY?
Free delivery is available if your work place currently holds a BOOK BROTHERS display.
Contact us at admin@thebookbrothers.com.au if you would like to have a display. 

WHAT IS A BOOK BROTHERS DISPLAY?
A BOOK BROTHERS display is a set of up to 11 titles that The Book Brothers currently 
have in stock.  These are left at the work place for 2 weeks for staff & customers to 
to look at and place any orders.  Orders will be filled once The Book Brothers 
arrive on the due date as per the order sheet.

WHICH AREA DOES MY WORK PLACE HAVE TO BE IN TO GET A DISPLAY?
Currently your work place has to be in Geelong & surrounding suburbs.  We are quickly
expanding through the south west areas of Victoria.

IS THERE DISCOUNT FOR BUYING IN BULK?
Yes, of course contact us via email or phone or organise some great rates.
Bulk orders generally apply to 10 or more items or orders over $100.

HOW MUCH IS THE POSTAGE COST?
Postage costs are at a very completive price via Australia Post.  Individual item cost
can be found in the checkout section of the website.  Postage discounts are 
given to multiple and bulk orders, contact us for a quote.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, of course.  Refunds are given if you are unhappy with the item or the product
has arrived to you damaged.   Refunds can only be processed if you contact us within
7 days of receiving the item.  Simply send the item back to us and the money be refunded
within 24 hours of The Book Brothers receiving the item back.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?
Yes, of course.  Simply send back the item and we will gladly exchange it for another
product.  Exchanges can only be processed if you contact us within 7 days of receiving
the product.

IS MY PRIVACY SAFE?
We are completely committed to protecting your privacy.  Any personal information
that you submit is only used to process your orders.  We are not involved in the selling, 
trading or other unauthorized use of personal information.  We do not pass on your 
personal details to any other organisations.
